About
PairRail builds Atlas, seller-side infrastructure for machine customers. When software starts shopping on a company’s behalf, pricing and access cannot live only in PDFs and inbox threads.
Why we exist
Procurement teams, partner agents, and product copilots are starting to discover and compare offers without a human reading a price book first. That is a real shift in B2B commerce, and it rewards sellers who can answer with structured commercial truth: what you sell, at what price, under which rules, to which machines.
Most catalogs today were written for people. Agents scrape, guess list prices, and escalate exceptions. PairRail exists so sellers publish once into Atlas, approve which machines may price or quote, and keep settlement on their own billing rails as merchant of record.

Founder, PairRail
Anish ships production ML platforms in the cloud with experience across India and the US. Working on AI systems that touch real customers made a gap obvious: models were getting better at asking commercial questions, while sellers still answered with documents built for human deal desks.
He started PairRail to close that gap on the seller side: governed catalogs, explicit machine access, and settlement that stays with the merchant. Over the next few years the goal is simple and ambitious: make Atlas the default control plane API-first and AI-native sellers use when machine customers show up, then deepen packaging for marketplaces, distributors, and network sellers without changing that core.
