Quote every country's message price correctly.
Messaging prices change by country, channel and volume. Atlas publishes them as one versioned catalog, so a buyer's agent gets the rate for the country it asked about, with your approval rules on top.
Each line names the country rate it used, so the buyer can check it.
The problem
Where agents get messaging pricing wrong
A price per country
Hundreds of rates in one table. Agents pick the wrong row, or a default.
Channel and direction
SMS, voice and messaging apps, inbound and outbound, each priced differently.
Volume tiers
Rates drop with volume. Agents quote the list rate, or a tier the buyer never reaches.
Committed spend
Large senders commit to a monthly spend for a better rate, agreed with sales.
Example
The right row, every time
Your country table becomes priced lines in Atlas. An agent asking about Germany gets the Germany rate, not a default.
Country rate table
| Country | Channel | Rate | In quote q_6e30 |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | SMS | $0.0079 per message | 50,000 messages |
| Germany | SMS | $0.087 per message | 10,000 messages |
| United Kingdom | SMS | $0.041 per message | Not asked |
| India | SMS | $0.0021 per message | Not asked |
| United States | Voice | $0.014 per minute | Not asked |
Each rate is its own line in the catalog. The quote's lines name the country and rate they used, so the buyer can check every one.

Every seller
What you get whatever you sell
Signed quotes
Every quote is signed and says binding: false, so a buyer can check it without a key in the quote checker.
Approval above your limits
Over your threshold, a quote comes back as approval required, and your deal desk decides once the buyer submits it. The agent never learns where your limit sits.
Your billing stays in charge
Approved quotes hand off to your billing system, which charges the buyer. Stripe, Chargebee, HubSpot and a signed webhook work today. Integrations
