We are early, and the first people here will shape the product, the code and how we work. If you want to build seller-side infrastructure for agents that quote, compare and ask to buy, we would like to hear from you.

Where we will need help first
These are the areas the first people will own.
- Backend and protocols. The quoting engine, protocol maintenance and audit trails.
- Seller dashboard. The interface operators use to publish catalogs and approve deals.
- Go-to-market. Talking to API-first sellers and turning their feedback into product.
The work
What working at PairRail means
Remote first, in person when it counts
You can work from anywhere, and we also make time to work together in person, because some problems move faster in the same room.
Correctness comes first
Catalogs, quotes and approvals that sellers put in front of buying agents. If something is wrong, a real deal is wrong, so correctness and audit trails come first.
How we work
Most work happens async and in writing, and decisions are written down with their reasoning. We expect calls across time zones, so we ask everyone to be flexible about when they happen.
Pay and equity
We pay a salary plus meaningful equity. The first people here shape what PairRail becomes, and their ownership should reflect that.
