Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026 · Operators of pairrail.com (“PairRail”)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to PairRail Atlas, including the seller console, extraction and onboarding tools, OpenAPI, and agent protocol surfaces (UCP, MCP, A2A, ACP, UAP, and related feeds). It forms part of our Terms of Use.

Permitted use

  • Publishing and maintaining accurate seller catalogs, pricing, packaging, and policy for legitimate commercial discovery.
  • Integrating buying agents and developer tools against documented protocol and API endpoints within plan limits.
  • Using extraction / sandbox previews on content you are authorized to process, to produce readiness and commercial projections.
  • Submitting feedback and bug reports through provided channels.

Prohibited use

Abuse of agents, APIs, and protocols

  • Automated scraping or bulk harvesting beyond fair use of published feeds, especially where it degrades service or circumvents rate limits.
  • Flooding, load testing against production without prior written approval, or denial-of-service activity.
  • Crafting agent or client identities to spoof another seller, PairRail, or a trusted buyer system.
  • Attempting to coerce binding commitments through protocol responses that Atlas marks as indicative or fail-closed.

Credentials and account misuse

  • Sharing, selling, or publicly posting Firebase sessions, ID tokens, admin keys, platform keys, or webhook secrets.
  • Credential stuffing, phishing, or unauthorized access to another organization’s workspace.
  • Elevating privileges or impersonating PairRail operators.

Content and extraction

  • Submitting unlawful, infringing, or deceptive commercial content for publication.
  • Using extraction tools on third-party confidential materials without authorization.
  • Uploading malware, exploits, or content intended to compromise PairRail or other users in feedback attachments or any other channel.

Illegal and harmful activity

  • Any use that violates applicable law, export controls, or sanctions.
  • Fraud, money laundering facilitation, or trafficking in stolen data.
  • Activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Service (see also Security).

Monitoring and enforcement

We may monitor protocol usage, auth, and action telemetry (as described in the Privacy Policy) to detect abuse. Violations may result in throttling, suspension, termination, deletion of content, and legal action. We may report criminal activity to authorities.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected AUP violations to [email protected] with timestamps, endpoints, and seller or agent identifiers when known.
