Code of Conduct
PairRail Atlas is a B2B platform where sellers publish commercial truth for agent-mediated discovery. This Code of Conduct sets expectations for sellers, operators, integrators, and anyone interacting through support, feedback, or community channels tied to pairrail.com.
Our standard
Be professional, accurate, and respectful. Treat commercial data, credentials, and counterparties with care. Assume other participants — including automated agents acting for buyers — will take published offers and policies seriously.
Expected behavior
- Publish pricing, packaging, and policy that you are authorized to represent.
- Keep evidence and provenance honest; do not fabricate claims or validity windows.
- Respect fail-closed governance: do not pressure others to bypass human approval for out-of-policy deals.
- Communicate clearly in support and feedback channels; include enough context to help without dumping secrets.
- Give constructive feedback on product friction, bugs, and feature needs.
- Honor role boundaries: seller users manage their workspaces; PairRail operators administer the platform.
Unacceptable behavior
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory conduct in any PairRail-mediated channel.
- Deliberately misleading commercial content intended to deceive buyers or agents.
- Sharing others’ personal data, credentials, or confidential materials without authorization.
- Abuse of APIs, extraction tools, or protocol endpoints as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Impersonating PairRail, another seller, an operator, or a buying agent.
- Retaliation against anyone who reports good-faith security or conduct concerns.
Reporting
Report conduct concerns to [email protected] with relevant context (who, when, where, what happened). For security vulnerabilities, follow the Security & Responsible Disclosure process instead of public disclosure.
Enforcement
PairRail may investigate reports and take action it deems appropriate, including warnings, content removal, suspension, or termination of access, and referral to law enforcement when warranted. This Code supplements our Terms of Use and does not create employment or partnership rights.
